Draft Lock Redemption Agreement.

1. The Government of Houghing agrees to lend to the Viceroy's of the three provences of Hupch Human and Kwong Tung the sum of one million one hundred thousand pounds sterling forth in clause 7 below. The Exact division of the responsibility for this sum wich be settled and announced laten.
